HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!!Don’t rent from these people unless you want to fight and argue.Problem with the property? Fix it or you’re at fault.Reporting normal issues? You’re being problematic and difficult.Lying, rude and unprofessional especially jelina.They don’t even understand the laws about leasing a property.Gives the owners the spare keys to open the property even for a non emergency.NO PRIVACY !!!These people need to go back to Tafe and learn what’s legal and what isn’t.

Never use this agent. We have the very bad experience when we ended lease of the house (Unit 5, 107-109 Woodlands road, Liverpool 2170). She is Tiana. We had hired the professional cleaning and after checking she said it's not good enough and just the minor works, she sent the bill of $700 to us. Although we didn't agreed she automatically took our money from our deposit. I am sure she has something in this job. So please never use this agent. Otherwise you will be taken money and can't accept it.

Have been renting our house through this Real Estate coming up to 4 years and they have been excellent! Mark is always lovely and Daniel is a great polite young man during house inspections cannot fault neither men. Jelina responds back to emails fairly promptly as we’ve been having little issues with our aircon and has people sent out straight away to check the issue! Keep doing great and we will be long time renters :)

Their receptionist is incredibly rude and confronting over the phone no matter what you're contacting her for, should not even have a job with the amount of abuse she dishes out. Every other agent there is pleasant to deal with.

Do NOT rent through these people. They have their eye on your bond the moment you sign your lease. Absolutely disgusting behaviour when it comes to end of lease. It doesn't matter how much you clean and spend money on making sure the house is in good condition they will make sure you don't get your bond back. Tenants have no rights and even if you go to the tribunal, they use scare tactics by getting over priced quotes to fix things that don't need fixing. They will not even consider fair wear and tear after so many years. If you don't have your first inspection report for things that need fixing, they will try to make you pay at the end of lease. Absolutely pathetic putting good people through stress as if they don't have enough with packing, moving and cleaning in the first place!!!

We went for a house inspection and was approved 3 days after applying. Mark, the property manager approved us at 1pm whilst both of us who had applied were at work.He then advised verbally that we would have to transfer 2 weeks holding deposit and nothing was emailed through all verbal. My partner told the receptionist we would transfer the money shortly when arriving at home. Within the hour Mark had msgd to say our offer had been withdrawn.When calling Mark, he was quite condescending and rude to my partner. Saying that we were wasting his time because we couldn't transfer $1000 on the spot with nothing in writing.We're thankful he presented his true colours at the start and we were able to walk away from this. I feel sorry for anyone who's been locked into a lease with these guys as they are quite rude and from the looks of it a bit dodgy to request money without putting it in writing nor even offering any type of contract.
