Fantastic bar, each level had got a different bar with the rooftop one that has got some views. The staff were really friendly and made some really wicked rum cocktails.... Cheers guys

Kings Cross Hotel
Like many bars I've been to since living in Sydney, this place is not necessarily good to look at from the outside but once you get inside you can see where the money is spent. Downstairs has a decent sized bar and seating area with big screens for the sports. Whereas upstairs is a pretty smart bar setup with a good terrace, including some more secluded small balconies. Then keep going further up to find the rooftop bar, which if also pretty smart and sheltered from the elements. Decent choice of beers, good looking food menu.

12 Sunday in a row i had one beer to close my weekend, but funny thing in Australia are those little men that want to show their power for being a doorman. So I advice walk the corner and go to O’malley as they understand that a foreign accent is not intoxication

Unbelievable, out for a birthday, had 3 drinks and were happy and friendly. But the sub normal cretin on the door decided we were too drunk. We offered to do a breathalyser to prove we weren’t, but he said he could tell just by looking. As far as I can tell it was just because we were laughing and happy. If they are going to make that kind of value judgment, they should prove it by a simple test . So annoying to be judged unfairly. Anyway who cares , from my observation, a very seedy and low class clientele were inside

A solid experience at this cornerstone pub in Kings Cross. The staff are always on their game and the place is kept clean which is a relief. Too many places are rundown and not taken care of, but the KX Hotel isn’t one of them. Would recommend stopping by for a frosty one and a hot meal.

Looks great, nice atmosphere.Friendly staff. Although didn't stay for dinner, the food that I saw looked wonderful so I'll be trying the food menu items next time I pop in.

Love this venue. Haven't attended anything there in at least 15 years. Its great to have a space available to lease for a top night out. Already keen for more. Friendly staff all round, so refreshing. Cheers.

Great security staff, very professional and polite.My friend was asked to leave, too many drinks, and was very abusive to the security guy (big young bloke with a black beard). The security stayed 100% calm and polite the whole time.We all left, but it was time to leave.
