These guys are great. Very Helpful. Jack is awesome and always tries to make the customer happy. I bought a pistol from them a few months ago and Jack made it a pleasant experience. Well done guys. Will always recommend them. Best gunshop in Melbourne

Friendly experience and very good price. When I got there it was very late, but very friendly they let me buy what I needed ,all day I was driving around Victoria to find one box 6.5CM but they have many different brands with good prices in store. Finally at the end of the day I feel happy, this morning i should go to O'Reillys . They got everything in stock which I couldn't see anywhere else

Quoted one price over the phone and when I showed up in store, was quoted an entirely different and significantly more expensive price.Good selection of items available, however the significant difference in pricing between quoted and reality is extremely disappointing.I will not be back.

I called today, I don't know the scumbag who answered! didn't give it's name, but I have been going to O'reillys Since I first got my shooters lic and that is over 10 years ago. No more will I spend my Money there. The attitude that I received from and employee/Manager! was very disgraceful and how he handled himself as a face of O'reilly's. All for a simple question and a Firearm that I was interested in. I couldn't even ask as he was so arrogant. will never deal with these guys again. THUMBS DOWN

Be prepared to wait 40mins plus for service and zero acknowledgemen from staff you are even there.It's like the hunger games trying to stake your claim in line.Multiple people who come after you will be served first, and staff show zero sense of urgency while other customers are waiting having casual conversation.Prices aren't worth the wait either, definitely head the 15km to Tullamarine where you will have far better options and less wait with better prices.

Used to be very good but now terrible service. Always have to wait for long even when there is a few people in the shop and staff just ignoring customers. Preferred the shop as near to my home and to support local business but not anymore. Will travel 30min to go to another shop rather than this one.

Absolute best in Melbourne, no questions asked. Bought my first shotgun today, could not have been greeted and assisted an my better. Staff are 10/10 and prices 11/10. These guys will look after you!!!!!
