The delightful Jess from Sierra Blooms was one of the first suppliers I booked. I loved te vibe of her website, plus she's located in the direction of our venue in the Blue Mountains, and is reasonably priced. I basically just gave Jess a colour palette and then left the more specific decisions to her artistic eyes. The bouquet, table arrangements, and especially the arbour florals at the end of the aisle were spot-on, perfect. If I had attempted to have more control, they wouldn't have been as good. We also paid a little extra to have Jess come back to the venue the next day to pack-down, and that was a huge load off for us.

Jess is an absolute wonder. The flower arrangements are just gorgeous (I have ordered two arrangements now for friends and family; both during lockdown). But it is her customer service and professionalism that is just next level. Particularly in response to an order error (which in the end came from a technology glitch that Jess identified and resolved asap, with full transparency and clear, gracious communication).Jess is a good human as well as an artful florist. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I had a fantastic experience with Sierra Blooms. As someone who lives abroad I have to rely on companies based on online reviews. I discovered Sierra Blooms while searching for a gift for Mother's Day and I am very glad that I ordered from them.They were quick and efficient with shipping out my order. I actually had problems regarding putting the order out to an old/wrong address but they were quick to inform me and fix the problem.My mother was very pleased with the items she received and I am very impressed with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering again.
