Ochre Medical Centre Barham

Service excellent. Staff go out of there way to make sure you are very well cared for. Doctor very attentive as is nursing staff.

Drs are good, waiting times can get blown out though, but you are treated with respect and curtsey, the staff do the best they can.

It's not pleasant to be ill but when you go to the above Clinic you come out feeling a hell of a lot better. The medical staff are wonderful and the reception staff are the best you could get. They always have a laugh with you and make your visit a pleasure. Thank you from Chris Pearson

Normally excellent service from this Clinic. Unfortunately not so with the new staff member; quite rude, sarcastic and off putting.

Customers consulting reviews of this practice might notice that no review with less than 5 stars actually has any text associated with it, except for this one.Previously, there were a number of disparaging reviews available awarding less than five stars. They have now been deleted. I myself wrote a disparaging review which Google congratulated me on because it had received 500 views. That review has now disappeared. Clearly, Ochre Health throws its weight around at Google.Here is another posting of that review.The Ochre Health business model focuses attention on remote, regional locations in which they possess a monopoly advantage. Their detailed “registration form” for new patients allows them to compile a comprehensive digital data base which contains not only private contact details but also extensive medical and social histories of clients, including the legal standing (or otherwise) of their patients' relationships with other household members, and parents' medical histories.The Ochre Health Privacy policy stipulates that patient details may be used for business purposes.At Deniliquin Ochre centre, I was refused an appointment to receive an influenza vaccination because I was not prepared, at the time, to authorise the transfer of my medical records from my existing, non-Ochre GP to their practice. Accordingly, I was required to pay for the vaccination at the local pharmacy, instead of receiving a medical benefit to which I am entitled.At the distant Barham Ochre centre, some months later, I was actually granted an appointment eventually, only to be subjected to outright rudeness or sarcastic and patronising remarks because I had the audacity to express my anxiety over their expectation that I provide personal details which, once again, I regarded as irrelevant.I intend to steer well clear of Ochre Health Medical Centres in the future.

Definitely my choice for my Doctors , always friendly , professional and care for my health outcome

Without this wonderful facility in town, Barham would be a lot worse off. Great staff, great doctors.
