Such a great vibe! Staff are very authentic and attentive. Love strolling down for a couple of pizzas and some wine mid week or in an evening. Great wood fired pizzas! We go regularly, it’s our local. Crunchy, not too soft. Great appetizers too, plus varied arancini flavours of the week.

My hubby and I dined at Woodpeckers for dinner and we were thoroughly impressed with the service, ambience and meals.We had a little garlic pizza to start - it was perfectly seasoned, light and fluffy.Next were the mains, my hubby had the tagliatelle bolognese and I had the ravioli tartufati. The balance of truffle and ricotta was just right.For a wonderful Italian meal, I cannot recommend Woodpeckers enough.

These guys definitely deserve 5 stars! Wow, very delicious food and impeccable service! Shout out to the floor manager today who really took care of our table of 7 adults and 1 kid (2 yrs old). From the moment we walked in hubby and I could just sense this positive energy/vibe he was bringing to the entire place. We couldn't help but realised venue was very busy on a Saturday night but he still managed to make everyone feel cared for - both waiting/seated customers. You could just tell he's professional and experienced. On top of that he was really attentive to our table and made us feel super special - even offered to wash my baby's plate and cutlery I brought from home after dining (definitely a first in Perth!) Thank you very much!We also had a great chat with the owner Nathan (we just had to tell him how amazing his food and floor manager were!) He was really friendly and equally lovely. Thanks for making our Sat night a memorable one.

Service: Came here before the restaurant is packed. Got a table and kept waiting to be able to order. When asked when the pizza contains, have to wait another 15 minutes for a reply.When asked for payment, have to wait another 20 minutes before being able to pay and leave. You can see the photos, went in when sky is still bright, came out when sky is dark. Just wanted to eat and leave.Food: Average thin crust pizza.

Having tried a couple of raved Italian restaurants, this has still got to be my favourite!(Third visit which is a lot for someone out of town) Visited on a quieter weekday afternoon near to closing time and asked if I could customise the pasta (mix and match pasta and sauces they have), and to my surprise, they were happily to accede to my ‘cumbersome’ request!Had this lovely homemade tagliatelle with creamy truffle sauce and fresh mushrooms! Paired well with a recommendation from the Italian chef - Light spiced Shiraz from Barossa valley. Yums & Legit!Compliments to the chef and the whole team for awesome food and top service!

What a lovely venue! We went there for dinner and to celebrate my daughter's birthday. They were able to accommodate split billing which is fantastic when you're in group. Customer service was absolutely great all the way through. Food was served on time and so were the drinks and desserts. The atmosphere made us feel like if we were all family. I'll definitely save it as a favourite. The only detail which is vanished by the amazing experience is the parking availability in the area.

The food was absolutely amazing and the staff were super friendly. The arancini are delicious and perfect to share. I had the diavola pizza and despite not being very spicy, the flavour was incredible and all of the food was really filling.
