I have been training with indefence for over 6months now. For someone who is not very experienced with self defence, with the right guidance and support from the highly qualified instructors I now have more confidence in my ability to protect myself in troubled situations. I have the highest most respect for Ash and Anna, they go above and beyond regular self defense classes. They are not only efficient and effective with their teaching but their approach is also light hearted and fun. Whether you want to acquire the skills to learn how to protect yourself in tricky situations or you just want to get fit, Indefence offers a solution. Indefence Krav Maga. Ash and Anna and the team of instructors are awesome. I have done many years in other martial arts, but have found Krav Maga to be a great self defence system. Not a complicated art, but one that is based on your bodies natural reactions to attacks. A great way to keep fit and have fun, but best of all, it gives you confidence to protect yourself and others. A gift you give yourself for the rest of your life. A great investment.

Anna tailored a one-on-one self defence session for me and it was invaluable. A great service, on top of the physical training, she also discussed with me some non physical ways I can improve my personal safety which I found very useful. Thank you Anna!
