Can't fault this builder to honest.The industry is very hard and Sarkis and his team powered through rain, site issues and contract issues and produced an exceptional product. Prices rose and they honoured their contracted pricing.Very reasonable and common sense approach that worked really well. The granny flat is stunning and if there are issues the team is responsive (we had a knob break fixed quickly).It's such nice quality that we are achieving far beyond market rate.Will be doing our next build with them.

I met 5 Star Builders through a referral and they were fantastic throughout the whole process. We built a granny flat on the Central Coast and met Zahi onsite for an inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable and honest with Council requirements and transparent with pricing. Once we deposited everyone on the team was great to deal with. Very patient, polite and detailed. Construction went really well considering we were building through Covid and the Team pushed hard to get through the build as quickly as possible. We are so impressed with the quality and how it looks and it was easy to obtain a tenant in the end. We look forward to our next project with 5 Star Builders. Highly recommended.

We started our build in October 2021 and we have successfully recieved a beautiful home for my mum to move into. Within these 7 months, every step of the way, each team member of five star builders held our hand and guided us through every step of the way. Tony helped us greatly in all aspects of admin and council dealings and spent time getting to us know as well. Sarkis and Anthony are super helpful, friendly and I found them professional yet personable at the same time.
