Rashpal and Mahabu provided exceptional service by having 3 large NordicTrack equipment to be delivered and installed today. They are very professional and experienced throughout the 2.5 hours. Both went above and beyond to show us how to use and maintain the equipment as well as cleaning up the boxes after installation. They were extremely meticulous in adjusting the alignments as well. I could not ask for a better service. 10 out 5 stars if I can rate!

Delivery day and installation organised, took day off of work. No one showed. Called multiple times just to be told they actually don't know where my $3000 item is...This service is wild... can't get through for anyone to tell me where my item is!

Ordered a double oven from Appliances Online. The delivery and installation service provided by Dave from Winning Services was absolutely impeccable. He took pride in his job and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was perfect. He was polite and punctual. It was a pleasure to deal with Dave and Appliances Online, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Tony and his crew delivered our new washing machine. He and his team were on time, efficient and accommodating - especially at 6:30am. Raj and Mac deserve a bonus! The lift was out of order and they carried the washing machine up two flights of stairs without complaint. Courteous and pleasant, they went above and beyond to install my washing machine into a very difficult space. They tested the machine and explained the functions and were very professional. I will continue to buy from Appliances Online due to their outstanding delivery & installation service. Thanks Raj & Mac.

Fantastic delivery service! I purchased some white goods through Appliances Online and these guys came on time, had no issues getting a large fridge and washing machine up a steep hill and were extremely careful with manoeuvring the appliances around the house not to clip any walls of furniture. They even unpacked, tested and disposed of the rubbish for each appliance too. Communication was great and they arrived during the allocated time window. Would be happy to use again!

Wow - service blew me away. Ordered through Appliances Online after 5.00pm the night before. I'm rural Victoria and couldn't believe I could get delivery the next day. Communications fabulous - kept update via sms/email as to progress and expected delivery time was refined as, I guess, their delivery schedule was refined. SMS 30mins before arrival and I had my parcel at 9am the next day. Still can't believe it. Friendly delivery staff and massive thanks to Winning Services. Planning to be a repeat customer. Thanks heaps!
