My experience has been entirely positive. Helpful, knowledgeable and good prices. Over the years I've bought seven bikes from them, four within the last eighteen months. All have been good. On the rare occasion there has been a problem it's been fixed quickly without fuss. I highly recommend them.

I've purchased 2 bikes off OpenRoad (mountain, flatbar road) and have had nothing but brilliant service and support. Because of this i return to them to service the bikes. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The store is open 6 days a week which means they are there if you need them on the weekends, I would recommend OpenRoad to anyone else for you bike riding needs.

I don't know what 'creative engineer' is talking about ? He must have the wrong shop ??!!A vast improvement on a few years ago. The one person shop Manager come mechanic (he works alone) has a wealth of experience and a very friendly manner. New Manager has made many improvements to both the shop and the quality of stock I will shop here any day and will spread the good news.

Worst customers service! I went into the store to get a pouch for my bike radio and the owner told me off by yelling that his worker answering my questions is costing him money. He intimidated and embarrassed me and his worker. The bloke should do a course in basic customer service and manners. Despite the shop being close to home, I never walked in there again. I have told family members and others to stay away. The shop has been blacklisted.

I made contact with ORC on a Sunday inquiring about whether I could combine two different sizes in a Castelli team kit they had on special.I received a response the following day from Adrian saying no problem".I placed the order on the Monday and my kit was delivered to regional NSW by courier the following morning at 8.45am.Absolutely the best service I have ever experienced and would highly recommend these guys. Pricing is very competitive too."
