Arrived at 8am to pick a cake up before work and it was completely shut. Had to ring twice before I got an answer. Said they would be 2 minutes but took much longer.

They made an amazing 18th birthday cake, I was so blown away by how amazing the cake looked and tasted absolutely great

There is a big problem with the quality of the cake. Two hairs were found in the same piece of cake. I told the store, but they evaded the problem and had a very bad attitude and were unwilling to deal with the problem.

I ordered a cake a week early before my birthday. The main decorator at the bakery was in Adelaide. I couldn’t do the style that I wanted so I had to wait to confirm it. I called the next day to ask if my cake was confirmed and it wasn’t. I had to change the style of my cake from a two-tiered cake to just a one tier cake. The next day I called to ask about my cake and they said they were too busy. I had my mum help me call the bakery and she said that she had already ordered the cake and it was confirmed. It was a one tiered Square cake with pink and white flowers on it. And she had already paid on the phone. Today is the day before my birthday and I had my dad go to pick up my cake since I live in an hour away. When my dad arrived, he asked for the cake that my mum has ordered two days prior. And they said that they didn’t have my cake and they said that there was no cake confirmed. I am absolutely upset and angry. I tried calling the bakery to ask about my cake problem but what do you know. I called almost 6 times and they did not pick up and the bakery was still open. After this day I am never ordering my birthday cake from this bakery ever again.

Ordered a cake on line to be collected. As I was coming far away, I called the day before to ensure everything was in order knowing that I would not have time to make other arrangements if things had gone wrong. I was rudely told that they had 40 cakes on order for Saturday morning and certainly did not have time to go through and check orders, if I paid for it on line it would be fine.It was fine and the cake was there and collected - however, the cake was dry, more icing than cake and all 20 of us agreed that it wasn't very nice at all so a complete waste of money.Rude staff, horrible cake - would not bother to order again.

Bad service. Booked order online (allowed to place) went onsite and told that there was none made. Then proceeded to blame the franchise. We are the customer and dont need to get into your issues with the franchise. We placed the order to that you did not provide. Went elsewhere.. Do not recommend. Rude.

High quality cakes, easy choice for any celebration. My favourite is the coffee pecan or Pashinfruit cheesecake, yum.
