The Precinct Hotel
Had to organise my work Christmas party and I picked this venue, the person I spoke to (Chris) was very accommodating and easy to work with. Had a group of 18 and they were happy to oblige, and didn’t require a deposit which sealed the deal. Full marks for customer service.The dinner was a hit and miss depending on what we ordered; my colleagues raved about the fish tacos, however my friend and I had the porterhouse steak and while we requested medium rare, it was more medium which was disappointing.The venue is great; plenty of space, big tv’s that was showing the cricket. Would definitely consider having another work function here.

Good location for dinner/drinks before heading to the ground or after. Food menu is small meaning all should be cooked to a good standard and that is what got delivered. Enjoyed the food and ambience with tvs on major sports. Live music on weekends is good too.

Made a booking in the courtyard for 2 people and requested table with chairs not stools. Bar in the courtyard was shut no biggie.Upon arriving my online booking couldn't be found and was escorted to a table with stools. As no one was sitting on a table nearby similar to what I requested we perused the menu which was limited for the type of hotel this is.Food arrived and my partner noticed a mouse running under the tables in the adjacent dining room.Went to the ladies toilet to find no toilet paper. Just felt they have dropped the ball.The vibe was good and it's more a young crowd. Won't be returning to dine however.

Great place to catch up and meet friends & family, have a meal, be entertained - both live and DJ, watch some sports and there's an outside beer garden. Across from Richmond station and had trams our the front so works really well as a warm up before heading to a sports event.

Great pub. Food was awsome, tasty and awsome portion size. Great TV screens to watch sports and staff excellent.Stop in for a really good meal and atmosphere. Outdoor deck area is a top space..

Went there before the footy on Sunday and the Carlton Draught they served was warm. I'm not sure if the glass wear was warm or if the keg wasn't cold enough. Not a good experience.

Not a bad spot to pop into before a comedy show/ event down the road. Food is very average.. we ordered the nachos (huge portion but ratios were off… dry chips with random meted cheesy bits) and S&P calamari (fresh and tender).

not bad! extremely busy we did go on a Friday night so what do you expect? We legit all sat up in exactly 3 seconds. There was already a family sitting on our table. They must be a very popular venue I’ve never been before. Food was okay not the biggest portion for the price, but it is Melbourne so that’s what you expect (i am from country so used to bigger) :)

Super Bowl at the Precinct!!Great excitement.I enjoyed the cheeseburger, when I was paying I was a little shocked at the pricing. But I wasn’t disappointed, the beef burger was great. Chips went well with the burger and Bud.
