honestly they deserve less than a 1 star. EXTREAMLY RUDE manager. incompetent is not even remotely close to describe there lack of quality of work and customer service. GO ELSEWHERE, anywhere would be better for better service!!!

1 star is too much. Came in today to get a rough figure to replace a noisey muffler. The owner came across very rude and arrogant, was not interested in taking a quick look or even talking about muffler options just fobbed me off and walked away. You would think a muffler specialist would at least have some idea on replacement options and costs from having done them before! Terrible customer service and attitude from the boss. My advice is to find another shop that actually wants you business and treats you with respect . Get your act together bridgestone services centre!

They don't have a twin tip there so they put on a single tip. Call u when they get the 1 u want In then charge you double. The woman who served me was rude and nasty. Wow won't be going back there again.

Fast and efficient, friendly service. Book in was a breeze. Janeen really knows her stuff and was a dream to work with. Went and did my shopping at aldi next door and by the time I was finished I had a shiny new reasonably priced set of tires. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Like so many others have said, the owner Steve is unbelievably rude, and certainly doesn't seem to have the knowledge, skills or experiemce to justify his arrogance. I'm amazed Bridgestone let him represent their brand! Go anywhere but here if you want good service and a good job done.

Friendly service and very quick with replacing my tyres and a wheel alignment, I've been going here for the last few years and haven't had an issue until last tyre change they neglected to put my tyre in that still had substantial tread left on it,phoned and they said they'd put it aside,drove in to pick it up and it had disappeared .Unprofessional and should've compensated as I'd say it was sold on...it wasn't a cheap tyre..so beware...

Had my exhaust done here. Very friendly staff had the job done fast. Fair pricing. And I'm an stoked with their work. Definitely recommend these guys.
