I had a terrible experience at this place. The customer service was shocking. They didn't have anyone available to do our service, so we had to wait for another lady to arrive and do the services. They spoke in their foreign language the entire time and barely engaged with us. The place is filthy and run down and they constantly take personal phone calls while attending to you. My poor daughter had to wait for a long time to get attended to and then the lady had the hide to take lunch and make her wait even longer. And when I finally got out of there, the end result of my service was shocking. The lady rushed my nails the whole time I had to keep telling her to reshape them because they weren't even shaped properly, and then the polish was put on so sloppy. I would never go back here and I'd never recommend it to anyone else! So disappointing when it was a special day of celebration for me and I wanted to treat myself to something nice.

Always such a pleasure coming here. All staff are lovely and friendly and their work is fantastic. I have been to quite a few places for hair extensions and for my colour however, after discovering this salon a year ago, I will never go anywhere else.Highly, highly recommend.Thank you so much x

A DISASTER !First of all, I bought a wash + cut + blow dry voucher. After having arranged a meeting, I go to the hairdresser salon. The hairdresser tells me she won’t wash my hair and she won’t dry them either, it is apparently not included in the package (this is however what is wrote on Groupon) . So I had to come back the next day after washing my hair.The next day, I received a phone call from the hairdresser telling me that I had to go to another hairdressing salon. So I went to this other salon, Auzus hair and beauty Paradise shopping center. NEVER go there !!!I went for a simple refreshing cut and curtain fringe. Curtain fringe has been in fashion for a while, but this hairdresser didn't even know about it (if the hairdresser doesn't even know the trends, there is a BIG problem !! This is the base !!).When she was doing my hair, I didn't have my word, no kindness, she was haughty, she was pulling my hair and didn’t apologize, she was on the phone with her friends while she was cutting my hair, they were speaking in indian in front of me (I was the only one customer, I don't speak indian -> super rude !) and many more. At the end, she wanted to dry my hair when her colleague had told me no washing

Maya (or Myer) was so lovely to talk to, she helped me find the place and then gave me a one-on-one experience with my nails. She helped me pick my colour and shape and used amazing techniques of sculpting to build up parts of my nails that had been chipped away. She had a definite skill honed over time and took pride in her work. She was super friendly and humorous, I highly recommend people visit her quaint shop. And all this for such a reasonable price I was incredibly happy with my experience.

As a hairdresser of 20 years had the worst experience. Had my hair washed and straightened. It felt like the lady was scratching my head instead of using the tip of her fingertips and when putting the conditioner on my head I had no massage!!! I understand my hair is curly but using big sections and not even smoothing the root of my hair after I asked the lady to smooth my roots down she continually kept smoothing my ends!!!! I would NEVER go back to this place again!!!! These people need to go back to school and learn the basics.

Had my nails done here. After walking out into the day light I noticed one thumb had a bubble, it took SO long to do with constant stopping I didn’t have time to go back that day. Got home and cooked, briefly rinsing my hands as I wet, this was the result - ALL peeled straight off an hour after leaving!! I went back the next day to get a refund, I paid $30 she offered me $10 back. I tried to explain the point of shellac was to last 2-3 weeks, this didn’t last an hour. She upped the offer to $15 using the excuse of the credit card company fee and she was refunding cash - 1) debit fees aren’t usually more than 2-3% aka 90cents and 2) not my problem you can’t refund to card.Thoroughly disappointed. Do not support business who don’t refund shoddy work.

I booked an appointment but they forgot that they booked me in and luckily i called a day before and wanted to add extra services to my hair service but she didn't know she booked me already and was so rude on the phone. I've been there and couldn't find a salon which was in a odd position and finally after 15 minutes found it, but very surprised of the salon looks which was too far from my expectation.then did a lash tint, lash lift, eyebrow threading, hair colour and cut. Very unprofessional services, all my face was black because of the hair color, my eyes were burning and my eyelids stuck together bcoz of the lash lift.Not an apology for those things that they did wrong to me. again the manager was very rude and they are all the time speaking Indian, even don't notice there are some customers who speak English.Very bad experience and never ever back there.

I have been to all the salons in Surfers Paradise but Fair Hair Nail and Beauty is by far the best. Clean store and friendly workers. They do everything you could possibly need here and also with short notice. Have had many laughs and hours spent in this salon and i highly recommend them.
