Sorry but disappointingly for the 2nd time, you got my order wrong.I should know now to check before I leave the shop.Wasn’t happy this time though, first time I thought ok we all make mistakes.but after ordering vegetarian food only to get chicken and lamb, then you call them and you get a message that they’re not taking any calls. So I just ate the soggy chips that they put at the bottom, underneath everything, who knows why?Just a waste of food, and it’s not cheap there, so you’d hope they get it right.Pity, cause the service is always nice, but….

First experience here was really good, second experience featured a trio of overwhelmed high schoolers on a Friday night. Too expensive, cold and barely enough to eat. The featured HSP cost over $30 and wasn't even fully correct, I was told the store manager had left earlier in the night and I wish I had done the same Iwon't be coming back

Ib place an order through Uber Eats for 3 items and it has taken more than 1 hour for delivery considering we live just 10 mins away from the shop. I have been tracking the driver and have been messaging him and he said he got the food at 9:30pm and that exactly when i saw him leave the store on the app… when i called up the store they lied saying the driver had left a long time ago… and literally disconnected the phone… there was no apology or courtesy in the guys voice… extremely rude. I’m never buying from her again

The last 2 orders at the Ormond Franchise store, I placed the order through the souvlaki Gr website online order. I scheduled the order 45min in advance and on both occasions I’ve had to wait upto 15min in storeWhat’s the point of scheduling it in then?The last occasion the chips were undercooked and the bread was soggyDisappointed

Sorry to those who work here but the quality of food has gone greatly downhill since the management has changed. I used to be a regular here and loved their souvlaki and the thick chips. But recently I ordered the usual that I do and believe me the chips were all burnt, the chicken inside the souvlaki was burnt as well and it has happened more than 2 times now. It was so bad that it felt like someone just threw a burnt chicken inside a pita. Bring back the taste and quality!

I had been a long time since I had a souvlaki and honestly I hadn't found any place that I could say that they did consistently a very good souvlaki, around my area. But as I was driving along North Rd Ormond I noticed a new to me shop that advertised authentic Greek souvlaki. It looked good so I stopped to give it a try. There wasn't any customer's inside but I wasn't concerned. There shop looked great inside it was clean had pictures of Greek islands, and tables for eating inside. It's obviously a franchise but as long as the food is good. I ordered a lamb souvlaki and chips and having consumed it I can honestly say it was delicious. So I was happy that I found a place that I can a good souvlaki. Being that I was lazy enough the next day not wanting to cook. So there I go again and yes they have won me over.

We really want Souvlaki GR to succeed and are so grateful that the new owners took this on. There are quite a few inconsistencies though when ordering and most times we have some mishap. My daughter gets the chicken souvlaki and she enjoys this. But 90% of the time there is something wrong. I have kept trying for nearly a year (because of the chicken souvlaki) but am going to have to try to find somewhere new after tonights falafel. I wish I had taken a picture of all of the orders but I had just kept hoping things would get better. We really miss Jimmy Grants. :-(

I ordered a large chicken salad costing $24.95. And guess what I have got- a small box with some salad and a little bit of chicken after waiting for an hour. This was not even enough for 1 person. Don't order from here. There are many other better Greek restaurants offering value for money.

With respect for who working there, prices and deals are so expensive. We advise casher to gave us a deal , she ordered a souvlaki’s deal lamb and chicken without chips or bread cost us $30.45!!!!!Imagine charged us $4.50 for souse! To be honest a deal is so stupid and tiny! Wasting money
