The team have been nothing short of professional and courteous. Janelle was very easy to deal with and the electricians were at our address on time and completed the work as discussed without any dramas. We've used A & J twice now and both time the whole process has been great and all done at a very reasonable price. Will no hesitate to use them in the future and also highly recommend this business to anyone looking to get any electrical work carried out.

I don't write reviews often but when I do there is usually something that went majorly wrong.These guys are terrible, don't expect anything to be a smooth process and they will over charge and change agreed quotes.We had Alan come in and quote up 3 items we had a rough diagram and he said it would be fine can discuss details when we started.Victoria behind the phones did not return calls, and with a very disjointed back and forth conversation trying to clarify details regarding costs, and booking in time for work to be done was difficult.Some things that went wrong:1. Initially we had a set quote for our Reno and they changed this to charge by the hour.2. They sent 2 electricians +apprentice out when initially saying they only would send out 1+apprentice (makes a difference when it's pay by the hour per person)3. Time wasting, they spent 2hrs at our place and 1.5hrs of it was complaining and talking about how this and that won't work.If you plan to go with them, be very wary. DO NOT let them charge by the hour.My impression is that either Alan has no idea whats going on in his own company and there is a lack of communication or he knows it's happening and he's just the friendly salesman and his electricians and office admin carry out the dirty work to maximise profits.

Awful experience, threatening and bullying behaviour knocking at doors and harassing families for no fault of yours. Extremely unprofessional person. Never issued and invoice when requested and reminded and ended up as debt collector hiding identity and harassing families on weekend nights.

We have used A&J Electrical for sometime now and couldn’t be happier. Janelle and her team are very professional, responsive and knowledgable when it comes to jobs, both big and small. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
