Save yourself time, effort and money, Platinum Glass & Glazing was by far the stand out in price service and after service. I cannot speak highly enough of the level of customer service and follow up. They have restored my belief that good old fashioned customer service is alive and well. They were willing to be flexible on price and we were extremely satisfied from initial contact to post completion of the task. Not sure if they have an employee of the month, if not they should have. Jason is by far one of the best customer centric service people I have come cross in a long time. What ever they're paying him he his worth every cent and if they need a reason to give him a raise or a bonus I certainly would voice for him.

We had a glass door break around 4.30pm. By 6.30pm Jason had quoted me, came around, replaced the glass & left the area where had worked, spotless. Jason was so professional & I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Jason was great, efficient, professional and friendly. Communicated well. Came round the same day to fix a window that our dog broke. Took away the glass and left the area clean. Highly recommended.

We had a window broken over the weekend, I called first thing Monday morning and spoke to Jason, he came within 15 mins to assess the window, he gave us a quote, which was very reasonable, and he came back within a few hours to complete the job.
