Flip Out Gosford

I recently visited Flip Out and it was an absolutely amazing experience! This indoor trampoline park is massive and has so many different areas to explore, from trampolines to foam pits and obstacle courses. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and they did a great job of ensuring that everyone was having fun while also staying safe.One of the things that really stood out to me was how fantastic the grip socks were. When you arrive, you have to purchase special trampoline socks with grip on the bottom to help you jump safely. I have to say, these socks were great - they fit really well and provided excellent grip on the trampolines. I never once felt like my feet were slipping around, which made jumping even more fun.Another thing that impressed me was the variety of activities on offer. There were trampolines of all shapes and sizes, as well as foam pits, dodgeball courts, and more. It was so much fun to jump around and try out all the different areas.Overall, I had an incredible time at Flip Out and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and unique activity. Whether you're a child or an adult, there's something for everyone here. And don't forget to try out the amazing grip socks - they really do make a difference!

Parents who don’t plan to jump : make sure you have your own activities to kill time or it will be a long wait.Not so bad. Keep in mind you’ll be obliged to buy their own specific socks to be allowed to jump in there. Cost of the socks : $4 a pair.

We had a great day today at Flip Out. It's a fun place for both adults and little ones. As a parent of young kids, I love the little trampoline area for kids 5s and under. There is also an area where kids can just sit and colour, build blocks which is quite nice when jumping got a bit too much. The staff walk around often to check for safety which is nice to see.

Sadly we didn't have the best experience when we were there.. my son was walking down to the under 10s area and he was going down the stairs and he fell head first between the gap of the stairs and the wall.. not one staff member bothered to help not even parents bothered to help. This didn't even happen on the trampolines. I've written 2 emails about what my son endured he ended up in hospital with a concussion and yet no one has bothered to contact me. What type of place are you running..

Had my sons 5th birthday there.The staff were so patient and helpful, especially with the number of sugared up children running about.We had a very young staff member named Zara, she was so professional

The best fun my daughter and her friends have. We had a customer come in yesterday in front of everyone making a scene in front of our children, I think she was on drugs and the team handled it professionally. I have been a hundred times and have loved it every time. Thank you team for a great experience every time and keeping the public safe from the odd drug affected parent like what sadly happened yesterday. I'll be back a hundred more times and would recommend it to anyone.

what a shame that one parent couldn’t buy a pair socks and is now trying to ruin a business. it’s common sense as to why the socks are needed, grow up.great staff, even as a young adult coming in it’s always a pleasure!

Nice place for kids to take out all their energy...adults can have fun jumping here as well..not as big as the ones in Sydney, but it's ok...play area for little ones...coffee is available...party rooms as well

Sadly, not a great experience here. Food and coffee with no taste. Unfriendly staff. Grotty equipment and atmosphere.Save yourself some time and money and go somewhere else with your kiddos!
