Service here takes way too long to receive the food ordered - whether you place the order at the counter or via KFC app.Have visited at different times of the day and days of the week... consistently you're wondering if the staff in the back room are chasing live chickens around to catch and cook or whether they're actually there at all? Feel sorry for the counter staff that do provide good customer service but are left floundering waiting for even hot potato chips to arrive.

Terrible just terrible tasted like it was cooked in over used fat. The chicken was cold chips horrible. Wanted to speak with Manager but she refused to come to the counter. Chicken didn't taste like chicken and looked liked it had been refried several times. Not going back

Just ordered my popcorn chicken snack box and the chips taste like mould.. the cup wasnt filled and the cup is filled at least to 2cm from the tip of the cup.. disappointed! Not to mention there are 6 customers waiting and while the young lady was too busy exchanging stories of personal issues.. thjs place is a disgrace! Retrain please!The frozen raspberry was tops!

No stars as it took over 25 mins to get my online order of wicked wings. When asking the staff what the delay was I was told that there were only 2 people on that knew what they were doing, all other staff were trainees. Manager should have come out and explained what was happening so that the other customers wouldn’t be getting angry.Please train staff properly as none of the counter staff knew what to do

Staff taking orders way too slowly to keep customers flowing. Was told that they dont sell hot n spicy chicken but they sell zinger boxes and wicked wings? (honestly think the lady serving me was too lazy to edit my feast on the till). Original recipe tasted like it had been seasoned with dirt and the chips didnt even have seasoning to begin with AND they were semi frozen and un-salvageable.Like I say for 99% of KFC in the area, save yourself the dissapointment and drive the extra 2 minutes to the Bryants road store

Had a 3 piece original pack with fries, only KFC is special, it was not dry. Great meal, only enjoy in moderation. Yet it's worth enjoying!!!

staff ignore me lining up and i had to go to the back of line as she told me. ordered a box at 2:13, was given the box at 2:30, fifteen minutes waiting. would i come back? the wait was bad but i can tolerate. the girl who sent me to the back of line is what make me stop coming. do better.
