Choice and price is very good. Flowers ordered from England and delivered in Australia problem free. Customer service is second to none.Bloomex has gained a definite new customer for future occasions needing flowers or gift baskets.

I ordered flowers for me from my 4mth old for Mother’s Day, they got delivered a day late and at 9pm, something from my order was missing and my flowers were brown/dying and there was no care whatsoever with the card. The writing was typed up and glued in on a massive angle I’m overly disappointed with this as it was my first Mother’s Day and I was looking forward to these and they are falling off the stems already. I will never be ordering from here again. This place is Over priced. If I wanted dead flowers I would walk to the park and get flowers. And vase wasn’t even clean!! So disappointed! Paid almost 150 for my order and wasn’t even worth it!!

Each time, I held on to a glimmer of hope, only to be let down once again by their utter incompetence.And when the flowers finally arrived, they did so in a state of melancholic demise. Sad, wilted petals drooped lifelessly, barely clinging to their withering stems. It was a somber sight, as if the flowers themselves were mourning their own fate. The lack of care and attention in handling the delicate blooms was evident, leaving me questioning the very essence of this so-called flower business.To add insult to injury, the order arrived incomplete. It was as if they couldn't even manage the simplest task of ensuring that all the items were included. It was a slap in the face, a stark reminder of their sheer negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.Bad doesn't even begin to describe the experience with Bloomex Australia Flowers & Gift Hampers. It was a cascade of mistakes, a symphony of disappointment orchestrated by an inept and uncaring company. At every level, they managed to fail spectacularly, leaving a bitter taste in my mouth and a sense of regret for ever placing my trust in them.So, if you value your sanity and desire a floral experience that doesn't resemble a tragedy, I strongly urge you to steer clear of Bloomex Australia Flowers & Gift Hampers. Spare yourself the anguish and seek out a reputable florist that understands the meaning of quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. After paying a total of $23.90 in same day delivery fees (flowers were obviously being sent by QF645), what was delivered compared to website images... MILES apart. The bouquet was substandard, and i appreciate businesses (and all of us) are doing it tough but this was extremely disappointing! I have seen better options at the local servo... The worst part was that the flowers were wilted and literally within 24 hours were not living their best life. Could have swallowed the substandard bouquet but <$24 in delivery and a 24 hour flower shelf life... NOT acceptable. raised with Bloomex to help feedback so they knew their service was not to standard, and they told me this was within guidelines! Customer service is awful! DO NOT USE...Can i give a negative star? Should disclose this was ordered from Sydney for a Perth delivery... Maybe Bloomex just don't have the right contacts in WA.....

First time the flowers weren’t delivered to the hospital they were left on a veranda at a house across the Rd and the froze overnight and were wilted and discoloured. I drove an hour to pick them up and take them to the hospital myself and by the next day they were growing mould. I complained and requested a refund and bloomex refused and offered me a $30 voucher. I said no as I never want to use your company again and stated I want a refund or I want a new premium bunch of flowers be delivered (to the hospital!). They refused to refund so instead resent it. The bunch that was delivered the second time was even uglier than the first bunch. First bunch was mismatched coloured ugly roses in brown paper and the second was a random Assortment of cheap flowers (mostly chrysanthemums) definitely not the supersized bouquet of “premium” flowers that were ordered and costed over $90. The company is a joke… they clearly have noControl over the florists or delivery drivers they use and the products provided both times were uglier than if I had gone to Woolworths and spent $25. Beware that you probably won’t get anything like the picture when you order

I found the website very user friendly for ordering and bundle delivered the same day as I requested. I was a little disappointed that a block of chocolate was sent instead of a box of chocolates as per the picture with the flowers and card that was included in the bundle. However the flowers were beautiful and I would definitely recommend Bloomex.

Beautiful flowers for less than 20 hours, receiver was delighted temporarily, delivered on time, easy online ordering.

Ordered 2 sets of flowers for mum and M-I-L for Mother’s Day. One was delivered 4 days early which is understandable considering her rural location and the season. However the second which was a dozen roses in a ruby red vase, which thankfully arrived on the day, did not have the vase. So you don’t necessarily get what you for, although the roses are beautiful in mum’s own vase.

DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THIS COMPANY!It is the worst experience I have ever had.Firstly….They called me to say my order cannot be delivered for an extra 2 days, then they put it in an Australia Post Express Pack and sent it, … no water no moisture beads or anything,THEN….they hung up in my ear when I said I was not happy with that.I insisted on a full refund, which they refused.Incredibly unacceptable experience.

NEED TO HAVE A NEGATIVE STAR RATING.DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.I ordered flowers for my Mum for mothers day, the first lost were not delivered until the Tuesday after and were in a sorry state. Company then offered me the choice of 1/redeliver, 2/$110 store credit or 3/A $30 refund???I opted for redelivery, they are still waiting to be delivered. This may be the fault of the delivery company ARAMEX so perhaps a new delivery company needs to be found.So disappointed.
