Often have a cappuccino and biscuit at Gloria Jean's, Colonnades. The staff here are always friendly, obliging and personable. Today I found out why. I have always believed that friendly staff have a friendly boss and grumpy staff have a grumpy boss. Today a man came around to each table offering people a chocolate from a Roses tin. When asked why he was doing that he said warmly, To thank all my lovely customers who support my business". Rest my case!! Geoff F"

I guess my review is based on this visit, though I had been to Gloria Jeans many times before they rebuilt their cafe. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere was quiet. Lots of different beverages and food to choose from. Yummy things. Always worth spending time relaxing with a good coffee and snack.

Family ordered small iced coffees. I ordered large. Mine was was filled to the top with ice. Everyone else half. I had 3 sips and goneski. I mentioned it, they admitted I got ripped yet no offer to rectify just that they’ll ‘get it right next time.’ Kick in the face. Not worth $7.10. Ice and coffee hit. Small!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from the young boy, I should've gotten his name to give him a proper shout out. Very attentive, helpful and friendly.I got an iced coffee and a toastini, both delicious

Over priced coffee, 5.90 for a small long black with an extra shot. Told to stand outside when there were plenty of tables inside. Coffee taste like liquified Winnie blues, completely burnt. Would not recommend at all

It's ok. Good coffee. Polite staff. Not that cheap. In a noisy part of the shopping centre. Not all that wheelchair or scooter friendly.
