Sydney Relining

We called Sydney Relining after years of problems with our sewer, which we share with a neighbour. Our project was complicated by the age of our pipe, the number of breakages and by unforseen issues that arose as the team got into the job. Nonetheless the Dane and his guys worked hard and long, overcame all the problems and produced a great result. Price was quite reasonable considering the difficulties and they were on time, courteous and happy to explain each step. I am happy to recommend this business.

Dane, Andre and Jacob did a fantastic job clearing and relining our stormwater drains including pulling out a monster 19M tree root! They cleared out our really blocked driveway grates and pipes too, were on time, very efficient and diagnosed and resolved all issues on the fly. The price for the job was competitive and did not change on completion. Thanks guys!

Dane and the Team were professional, informative, proactive and very open and sensitive to the needs of the owners and tenants of the row of five terraces whose common sewer main they relined in November.They did what they said they would do, on time and with meticulous care and cleaning up. Their fees were very reasonable, considering the complexities and technical challenges involved with this project. We would recommend them unreservedly.

Sydney Relining just finished a relining project for our Strata. We are extremely satisfied with the end result. From the beginning to the end, every step of the way, Dane's team (Ben, Tekin and Andre) conducted their work in a very professional way with high quality. Comparing with the other relining company that we engaged last year and really regretted, Dane's team is like a breath of fresh air to us as they went above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with their work. They've demonstrated some rare merits and really raised the bar. We felt so lucky with our choice and would highly recommend them.Dane sent Ben to have done the initial CCTV and prepared the quote for us. Ben thoroughly checked nearly all the sections to have located all the pipe cracks. He did not exaggerate the problem and provided us with the most cost-effective solution. When the project started, Dane, Ben, Tekin and Andre came on site one day ahead of time to have carried out all the preparation work, including some hard drilling work to bring a buried open point to the surface. The next couple of days, Ben, Tekin and Andre carried out the relining work, overcoming some challenging issues. One unexpected issue even kept them working late into the night while the next day, Tekin and Andre still showed up as early as 7:30AM. When they were fixing issues, they did not hide the problem, cut corners or take short-cuts. They treated the work as if it were for their own property. What impressed us the most is that they even fixed an issue caused by the poor work of the previous relining company, at no extra cost to us, so that they can do their part of the relining properly. They kept their work site tidy and clean every day before they left. They double checked every sections that they've relined to make sure there was no residual relining rasin left behind or improperly relined sections. During the project, they showed me via CCTV the sections they've relined and explained accordingly. Missed the chance to see the last piece of CCTV on their last day, Dane immediately sent Ben back again, out of their busy schedule, to have showed me the last piece of relining work. Special thanks to Ben who spotted and kindly brought to our attention a disconnected storm pipe joint at the base of our building :-)

Ben, Dane and the team did an amazing job. With an older heritage listed house, the plumbing was quite complex. Ben solved all issues, getting into the nooks and crannies to fix problems and got the reline done perfectly. Additional relining was required and not on the initial quote, though they did not seek to increase the price to get the work done. Probably the most professional and best value relining company in Sydney. Highly recommended.

I am not one to normally write a review for any businesses, however in this case I am willing to make an exception. The team at Sydney Relining deserve the recognition and acknowledgement for a job that quite frankly, I thought was going to be near impossible to complete.After dozens of plumbers coming to inspect my problem, I eventually found out that I had a crack in a pipe under my newly renovated bathroom, and not only that, it was in the junction of the pipe.All of the plumbers that came to inspect the job had told me that my newly laid tiles, were going to have to be ripped up in order to gain access to the pipe work underneath. The quotes were basically unattainable, and a figure that was way out of my budget.That was of course, until I met Dane and the Sydney Relining team.Dane came to the call out, and took the time and effort in explaining to me not only where the exact problem lied, but why the problem occurred in the first instance and reassured me that by relining the pipe, not only would this fix the issue, but he could place a 25 year guarantee on the work completed and that no future issues would arise. And all of this, without damaging one element of my brand new bathroom. To say I was happy is a huge understatement.The day of the repair, the team was on-time, efficient, methodical, and unlike many trades I have dealt with before, their work was clean. Exceptional service and value. We approached Sydney Relining and spoke with Dane regarding sewer problems at my grandmothers property. She had been having extensive issues due to a large tree on the property that we believed had grown into the pipes. Dane was extremely helpful after many attempts approaching other plumbers who basically avoided getting back us after months and expensive quotes in the tens of thousands. Sydney relining was recommended to us and what a relief!!! The team showed up on time explained the problem so we understood exactly what needed to be done and quoted an accurate price. The work was done quickly as promised and we’ve had no further problems with no disruption to our neighbours or my grandmother. Thank you for your work and excellent timely service. The Sydney Re-lining team went above and beyond my expectations! They were such great communicators throughout the whole process from quote to completion and all round sweethearts.They were exceptionally professional and accommodating to my fussy eye to detail and their patience to teach myself and my extended family the process of their work left us feeling confident about what was happening.It was so interesting and the team gave such a great result, we were able to save the history of our house and not dig anything up.We are so thankful for their excellent workmanship and the respect they held for our home and the organised and clean and tidy manner they worked and left in.Such a shame their work is almost invisible, but I guess thats the beauty of it!I would highly recommend them.

If i could give Sydney Reline more stars on this review, i would. The team is very professional, very knowledgeable and very helpful in all aspects of their business. They are prompt, clean and friendly. They have helped on many jobs, especially when a pipe is under a building and an excavation is impossible.I'd highly recommend Dane and his team to anyone with drainage issues.5 stars.
