Gamsaye at Leichhardt was very helpful, offering advice on what products and treatments would and wouldn’t help. She provided me with samples to try some products to help me make an informed decision. She gave me a microdermabrasion and my skin felt clearer and cleaner. She even squeezed in an LED light treatment which was great

This place is so hit and miss like most Laser Clinics. Came here once and the attendant (can’t remember her name) was so thorough and took her time. The next time I had an appointment the girl rushed my laser treatment so much. So many places were left untreated. Lucky I only paid half price for this treatment because I won’t be returning.

Had a fantastic appointment today with Sharmaine! She was super friendly, comforting and was really thorough. It was a relief, as the attendant who did my previous appointment rushed through and missed a lot of areas. I would love to see the appointments be more consistent with Sharmaine's service, which was great!

Literally 10/10 highly recommend. I had the most amazing lady help me she went through everything with me and constantly made sure to check I was okay. Her name was Jasmine. I felt so comfortable and honestly such a great experience.

I have given 2 stars as my previous experiences here have been great and the girls have been truly wonderful and so comforting.However, after this mornings appointment I would honestly give 1 star. I came 6 minutes early to the appointment which understandably is irritating, i get that. I was told to come back quite rudely. In fairness, I was also a little annoyed as I double checked with the girl who made the booking that I could come 10 minutes early and she said that was fine. So I waited outside then came back in ready to go.When I came back in I was not greeted (I was looked up and down). I was then taken directly into the room where the girl mumbled something and left the door opened, so I figured i will close the door and get changed and prepped for the appointment. She then returned and did not speak a word to me, did not offer any comfort (mind you i am practically naked and the process is uncomfortable anyway) she just held the laser thing over me motioning she’s ready to start. When finished she mumbled that there was some laser cream on the bench behind me and left. The whole experience was just so unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable - all because I came 6 minutes early.Upon payment, I was not asked if I would like to make another appointment, or told if I should look at another in 4 or 6 weeks like they regularly do. I was literally just handed the eftpos machine and that was it.I wanted to raise how I felt with the girl but by the time I had paid another client was in the waiting room and I didn’t want to make it awkward for the girl or for the client.It’s sad how a 5 minute appointment can change all your confidence in a place you have been regularly going to and have recommended to others.

The staff here are super lovely, particularly Pamela and Laura, and the laser sessions are always great. I’ve been lasering for 15 years and the service here has been wonderful always feel welcome

Jasmine from laser clinics Leichhardt was very helpful and very nice. She had excellent service and helped us a lot with all the problems. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustful therapist.- stefania

I recently got laser hair removal touch ups with a lady named Jasmine and she was both patient and very professional with me. Having been away for a little while, I was a little nervous, however she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Would recommend.

It definitely has a fresh clear glow - I couldn't be happier - amazing facial / micro dermabrasion treatment! I highly recommend it to anyone! The treatment was so soothing and relaxing too.
