Anna's Sports and Rehabilitation Massage

I have been seeing Anna for about 4 months now and she is amazing. Previously I had been seeing a Chiropractor weekly, and then starting see an Osteopath for almost a year, to fix a very painful frozen shoulder (I'm a nurse and had been told my job would always cause this issue).Eventually a friend recommended Anna. After just 2 sessions I was pain free. After 6 sessions I could lift both arms above my head and behind my back (something I hadn't been able to do for almost 3 years!). I now see Anna for 90 minutes every week or 2, and honestly, it is the one thing I REALLY look forward to. It's my Me Time"

My daughter convinced me to go to see Anna, after becoming concerned about me suffering with a bad back, and debilitating migraines.After a phone consultation with Anna, I booked in for an hour and 40 minute Cupping and massage Session. I'd never had cupping before (or even heard of it), but Anna really put me at ease by taking her time to go through what to expect during and after the treatment, and by answering all my questions.Since my first treatment I noticed a huge difference in my pain and mobility. We started off with weekly sessions, and have now gone down to fortnightly, before I eventually just have top up sessions every 4 to 6 weeks. I honestly couldn't thank Anna enough, and have since sent my husband. Nephew, and work colleagues to see Anna.Would highly recommend.
