Ordered a radar online Tuesday got it Thursday.Very happy will deal with them again.

Andrew in the electronics department has an amazing knowledge of all GPS, Sounders, transducers and your all electronic boating needs. Including sailing, boating and kayaking. He is also a very nice person. Can’t thank him enough for his help and support over the years. I’d also like to thank Allan for his his help with my fishing needs.MaxLongtime customer.

I ordered and paid for a Garmin Watch online, within an hour I recieved a message that this item was discontinued, and they would refund,, Two weeks later im still waiting on a refund. In the meantime ive ordered, and received the same item from another supplier. Will not be recommending C.H.Smith.

Came in 2 weeks ago, I drive past half a dozen tackle shops to get there because of the knowledge these guys have. Thanks again to Alan, your advice got us awesome results on the local Tuna.

Have found CH Smith consistently helpful over the years and they are our go-to place for marine electronics. They are always happy to give advice even on technical issues which makes buying with them different from other retailers. Strongly recommend

The worst customer service. Salesman was rude and didn’t help us much. They are not helpfull at all. They also sell equipment which is incomplete

Terrible experience. Ordered some rod holders in august. After 2 weeks was told they would be shipped in 2-3months. Waited till late November and had received nothing so started emailing. Little to no information until mid December. Asked for refund got sent a dispatch and tracking email for someone else order. Still no communication or refund. Now just before Christmas a refund appears again no communication. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication like it’s just normal to take money for something that there’s a good chance I would never have received. Maybe if you’re buying from here do it in the shop cos these guys have terrible online shopping communication. Thanks for nothing.

Obviously unfortunately understaffed. Jason was very helpful on the phone and they had what I needed. They still have a great range of gear and Spares so I'll continue to shop here despite the staffing issues.
