We had Danny come and provide us a quote for office cleaning. He was quick, professional and made sure he knew what we were after. 3 months in and we are very happy with the cleaning and recommend them. Thanks Danny and team.

We hired this company to clean our office. They were all talk and no follow through. Much cheaper than our previous cleaners but I guess you get what you paid for (or even less in this case).After every clean (2 cleans a week) I would always have to email the cleaning manager with issues. They never once took responsibility for the mistakes and errors.- Not dusting areas-Not vacuuming the whole floor- Not cleaning the eating areas properly- Not cleaning the glass properly so there were always finger marks on them- Not getting rid of cobwebs- Claimed the keys provided didn't open all rooms (I checked that they did before giving them the keys and again after they gave them back and they did) so used our only spare set and locked them in a room.- On top of many more thingsWould definitely never recommend. Definitely did not make it easy

The cleaners and management have been overall thoroughly disappointing. I took over management of my company about 5 months ago and the cleaners have been a consistent issue. After numerous emails, meetings and talks I got sick of the overpromising and underdelivering. What cemented my mind was when I issued them notice the cleaner just didnt show. Also waiting on my promised key return. Have new cleaner already and in one night they made the office the cleanest I have seen since I started.

Great cleaning company, thorough and they continually welcome feedback to ensure standards are consistent. Definitely happy with bringing them onboard with our company.

The service CCA provide is outstanding. From the first meeting with Paul and Warren to having our cleaning done each week is flawless. The onboarding was very easy and I high recommended these guys!!!

Sales rep came out to quote within 24 hours and provided the most competitive quote for the job. Job was completed within 3 days, at the time most convenient to work around our practice and on a long weekend. They have done an amazing job on our marmoleum floors and made them look like new again. I did not know that stripping and sealing was necessary, but will be doing it annually now. Also do an amazing job on carpet cleaning and windows. They can handle annual spring cleans, routine cleans & office cleaning in a very efficient, effective & professional manner. Very happy with the job, highly recommend, definitely use again.

We have used Commercial Clean Australia for a couple of years to clean our warehouse and offices every week, Monica has been our cleaner and I happily highly recommend her, we have never had any problems and she is always friendly, reliable and thorough. Commercial Clean have been an absolute pleasure to deal with and I have no complaints at all.
