The staff after served my order, she moved croissants and other breads with her left hand without using paper while her right hand was holding paper. She did right in front of me, customer. Wondering how their clean or hygiene standards in the kitchen as big bakery. After that another customer bought the loaf bread, then she used that paper. Oh well.

I have just learned, from a worker in a different shop in the Floreat Forum, that you throw away piles and piles of bread every day! Isn’t there something else that can be done with old bread? Why do you have so much left at the end of the day? Please do some research into how other bakeries handle their ‘waste’. It has to be better than your current practice.

Staff shortage issues. Cuz they don’t have enough staff the present staff needs to work more so they look tired most of the times. That doesn’t feel nice while serving. I think u need to hire more staff so that ur regular staff can have so day off and stay refreshed for the job .
