Have been coming to this restaurant for almost 5 years now and it is by far the best Indian food in Brisbane. It’s always cooked fresh and they never disappoint! I live in the north side of Brisbane now and I still drive down to Morningside because there’s nothing else that compares!

We live locally at Morningside . There is 3 Indian restaurants in walking distance . We have had take away and dine in . We love the food and not once been disappointed. Naan bread is amazing . Beef /lamb has chunky pieces which fall apart . Not sure if this is the case all the time but we’ve had value for money each time . Will continue to enjoy this restaurant .Ps would be great if they could modernise but that requires expensive shop fits .

Good Indian food!This restaurant is a longstanding Morningside institution and we used to go to the Friday and Saturday night buffets before Covid before we decided we didn't like the food. The buffets are finished now and that is a great thing because the food on the a-la-carte menu is really good. We ordered a Tandoori platter and a couple of vegetarian curries which were excellent and a cut above the average Indian curries which usually taste the same. We found pieces of cinnamon and cardomom pods in the sauce and the naan were actually cooked in the tandoor oven. The poppadoms and rice are complimentary too which we really appreciate after paying as much as $5 for a small serve of rice. BYO is a plus too!29 April 2017We've been a few times for the Friday and Saturday night buffet, which at $20 per head is really good value for money. The curries are too a bit too mild for our taste (more suited to the Australian palate) and we don't think that they are cooking the tandoori chicken and naan in the tandoor oven any more. We probably won't go back again!

cleanest dishes I've ever seen whoever does your dishes, give them a raise. Just a shame that cool waiter left though, think his name was jackson, please get him back!

haven't experienced something this exquisite since I first heard Antonio Vivaldi's 9th symphony in F minor.P.S.Apparently their dishwasher is also like mega hot but that's only according to urban legend.

So after more than 10 years of take away at Curryville, we found ourselves dining out at Sherazade on a Wednesday. Completely empty apart from the odd takeaway customer, this was probably the best indian food we have had in many years. Highly recommend the place! Next I will try their takeaway.Ah and portions were fine!

Excellent Indian food. We are new to the south of Brisbane and we have tried all India restaurant in this street. This was the last and we didn’t want to come as it’s always empty but don’t let that put you off. We were very surprised. The food was wonderful and this will be our favourite and regular Indian hangout. We will see you next weekend. BYO drinks and friendly staff.
