Micky's Mind Body

I absolutely love the space and the yoga here. My favourite class was added 2 weeks ago and is absolutely divine on a Sunday evening to reset for the week. When I first started looking for studios around Eltham Micky’s came up but it didn’t have any yin classes, which made me go to another studio for a long time. Now they have a Yin style class on the timetable I’m so happy and have gone each week. I can’t wait for more full Yin classes to be available and hopefully some bolsters ☺️ Friday evening is always a great Yin time as well for future consideration (most studios offer a Yin on a Friday night at 5:30-6pm ish for reference).
