Thanks Fitness Maintenance. I have owned a Polar ProTrainer NV for about 16 years and they have never failed to impress with their quick turn around and service. I live in Sydney and simply post it to SA and get it back repaired etc within a few days. I wish all business dealings were as good and seamless!

Not happy at all! Sent my M400 back because the GPS would not work. Excited got it back today.......BUT GPS STILL DOES NOT WORK! They tested and replaced the battery, tested pressure and seal???? That was not my problem. Did you address the real problem....GPS does not work. GPS still does not work! And before you say it must be the area you live in....nope because I own 2 polar M400's! and my other one has GPS! Am I cranky, hell yer.
