I gifted my daughter a Half Lash Extension here.I’ve had triple bypass open heart surgery 4 weeks ago & this was a gift thanking my daughter for helping me.My daughter was at Drs with me. She was running late & rang Ella Bachel. No mention of rescheduling said by staff.She got her lashes done & it was rushed. The lady was abrupt. No consultation at all. My daughter felt uncomfortable & like she was a hinderance. My Daughter was charged $99 for rushed lashes that looked no different from when she walked. In.When my daughter got home she was so upset. I rang today & spoke to Zoie who really didn’t listen, understand or seem to care. I was told my daughter picked the wrong lash extensions. Mmmmmn No construction my daughter didn’t have a clue.I picked Ella Bache going on their Reputation.They would have gained a new client. This outcome we will never go back.So terribly disappointed.

I arrived 5 minutes late for my massage and was told that Courtney was not quite ready for me. She came to greet me about 7-8 minutes later and took me through to the massage room where she told me to undress whilst she left the room; she didn’t return to the room for a lengthy 5 minutes.My 60 minute, massage which began at 12: 20, ended at 12:05. I remarked to Courtney that I hadn’t received an hour to which she responded that she was fully booked back to back and that I had been late. I reminded her that she had kept me waiting in the reception area for nearly 10 minutes.At the front desk, I was told to come back later in the day for my massage to be completed. I politely declined the offer.I’m very disappointed with the overall experience and the dismissive attitude of some staff; valued customers deserve more than this.

Just bought my mum a last minute voucher for mother's day. One of the lovely staff delivered the voucher to our house. PLUS she gave us a free hand cream! Talk about going above and beyond!

Would not recommend. Rang and made a booking and informed the lady on the phone that I had a gift card she asked when it was purchased I told her mother's day she said that's fine they are valid for 3years. When I had my manicure and pedicure I presented the gift card for payment only to be told we don't except that card here. I had to pay $107 for a job that was less than average and could have been done elsewhere for a lot less. Don't bother with Ella Bache gift cards it's a sham

I had a lovely facial at Ella Bache, I had their $90 signature experience facial and it was absolutely lovely, it was very relaxing, excellent value and my skin feels wonderful and was not at all irritated. Definitely would come back again.

The Deluxe Package (massage & facial) was divine. Best pampering session ever. Literally floated home afterwards. Thank you Ash!!
