Tracy was lovely and very welcoming. She was happy to show me around and give me more information on the facilities and classes. The studio itself was beautifully calming and well equipped, as was the upstairs area. My first Yin yoga experience was great. I will definitely be back and recommending ZenLife to friends

I was made very welcome, showed around and the instructor was very helpful and professional.All of my exercise needs are covered in one spot. There is something on every day. I now cancelled my gym membership because, “ why do you need a gym membership when you can have. Zen Yoga? Also, you only pay for what you actually use. The 20 class pass is perfect for me.

I felt inspired to try yoga for the first time in my life, and I'm so glad that I decided to start my yoga journey here!Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It feels almost like a family, and I love how positive everyone is. It's been such a wonderful introduction to yoga for me so far. Even after the first class I've noticed a decrease in my anxiety, and I feel much more calm. I'm looking forward to becoming more flexible and comfortable in my body.I was nervous starting yoga with zero experience, but it's been very beginner-friendly so far, and I've appreciated the instructors giving me advice.Students are encouraged to show up 15 minutes early, which gives us time to say hi to the instructor and set up our mats. If you tell the instructor that you're new, they'll show you around and help you out a bit more.They have a bunch of mats that students are welcome to borrow for free. I was very appreciative of that! I was expecting to either have to buy or rent one. So that was a nice surprise.They also have various ZenFit classes during the week, which have more cardio and weight lifting elements, so it's possible to get a well-rounded workout.

Good workout, friendly staff who are motivating and not pushy. I like the mix of fit classes and yoga classes.
