Rang up Wednesday for a canter 4x4, put through a application for finance. contacted sarah Friday said will know more from the finance company Monday. Call from dylan saying it had sold Monday morning evan though we had pending finance. Dylan called us knowing we had pending finance. if i knew they were going to screw us over the weekend i would of made a cash offer. Disappointed to say the least considering it’s been 6 months of searching. Pending finance is pending finance. do not buy from here. finance application attached for proof.

I I live up north and recently purchased a Mack superliner off catalano’s. I Flew down to pick it up and it was in very poor condition. I’ve never seen rust as bad, especially in the chassis. I’m positive it’s not road worthy so I told them I didn’t want the truck and flew back north at my own cost. They then refused to pay my bond back to me stating that I had wasted their time. Worst experience with a registered dealer I’ve ever had.

I have to put up with them for over 1 1/2 years while waiting for parts which they told me they got the parts wrongUntil they complete the job Numerous times I kept telling them ,there is something with my gearbox slipping out of 1st Gear which is originally was the problem and they assured me there is nothing wrong with it as they have driven around for a bit which I sort of believe them but I kept coming back until finally they took it to pit testAnd geuss what?There is something wrong with it and they finally fix the problemOnce they fix the problem I ask them what wrong with it ......Nope they told me there nothing wrong with it so they re pretty much not telling me anythingUntil few months later I was left fuming on the beach and I found the 4WD ACTUATOR CAME OFF WHILE I WAS DRIVING 4WD to my discovery the nuts,bolts and cable was NOT done up tight and secured properly so i have to do it myselfI m glad the car didn't get 4WD damagedSO whatever you do don't let them beat you around the bushMake SURE you test drive before paying themPersonally I will never ever go back to Catalano EVER!
