I found Lotus Botanica for a last minute order of birthday blooms. The receiver was thrilled with the florist's choice and it was a very colorful, happy arrangement. Whilst I was accidentally charged twice, Lotus Botanica were excellent in maintaining communication with me throughout the quick refund process. Would recommend them 100%!

My partner sent me flowers for my b'day from Lotus Botanica. Beautiful flowers however they were already wilting when I got them home (they were delivered at 3.30pm). Its now four days later and I need to throw the bouquet out!An expensive bunch of flowers to last only a few days - not happy. We even went back to give them an opportunity to fix the issue but they just brushed it off.I recommend you go somewhere else to buy your flowers.
