Got my daughters nose pierced for free here after an infection and was beyond satisfied with the customer service. Definitely recommend Andree, very friendly and nice lady and very professional. Will absolutely be coming back!

Ladies seemed lovely but not much customer service unfortunately. Eyebrows were not greatly done and seem unfinished. Missed spots on my upper lip. Brazilian was okay. The shop itself does come across as a little messy and slightly unhygienic. Will not be returning.

Went to go get a facial, the facial in itself was really good, but terrible customer service. Got all the product in my eyes and they were stinging and then at the end I asked about another service they do there and she just flog me off.

I am absolutely stoked with the results. Sonia Edwards was my technician and she was so lovely. She me feel very welcome and as comfortable as possible. It was my first time having eyelash extensions and I was concerned about the end result looking too over the top so I asked for as natural a look as possible and she TOTALLY delivered!!I would recommend this salon to anyone looking for a very reasonably priced, timely service with completely taylor-made results.Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. See you in two weeks!

I came in as a walk in Christmas eve and all the ladies were so sweet, energetic and happy! The environment and atmosphere was amazing. The service I received was eye brow threading and it was a perfect service. Shame I've moved out of the area now or this would definitely be my go to!

I’m a frequent eyebrow wax, tint and lip wax customer. Andy is the only person I will endeavour to make time to see. She takes her time to make sure everything is perfect! The girls there are all very welcoming and kind. It makes you feel so comfortable! If you’re after just a regular person because you’re sick of the lack lustre job you’ve been getting. These girls are what you’re looking for!

I booked a woman's cut and blowwave for $90, and came out with straight hair. I also made sure to mention I wanted a fringe cut in the appointment notes, so colour me surprised when the stylist says we're done after about 5 mins of trimming my ends. Didn't bother to ask if I wanted layers or a style.I felt very uncomfortable and rushed.Not the experience I was expecting for such a high price.(Edit: This happened approx 3 weeks ago)
