My daughter and I walked into the salon without an appointment on Sunday at 4pm. Chow welcomed us and requested us to wait for 10mins and patiently did my daughter's french shellac for her graduation next day; even though it was past closing down. My daughter loved it.Next day I went and also got my nails done and a staff name Tee did my french nails too.Clean place, professional and best attitude from all the staff. I would highly recommend.

No point making appointments. They will still take 2 hours to get SNS manicure done. Very slow. If you want to get your nails done dedicate half of your morning as they will be doing 4 clients at once per one person. Overall nails done ok but not worth the wait as they're pricey as well. Found better place closer to home.

I wish I could give 0/5 rating. Absolutely awful salon. Went there 2 weeks ago to get my shellac done, and received attitude from the man doing my nails because I had already given my nails the shape I wanted and didn't want a manicure from him. The shellac was lumpy and uneven and upon telling this to the staff at the end they said that's your nail cause it's uneven surface".I go back to get my shellac removed and I waited 50 minutes to have it taken off because they take in so many walk ins. Unprofessional

026569 BILL NUMBER- it was one of my big mistake to suggest my friend and for myself to book a pedicure and manicure done at this place on thursday at 3 :30 pm. The staff was so rude and irresponsible along with service was so pathetic , no massage nothing, no scrubbing, service information etc.Zero level of efforts in their job as no cleaning was done. Want to talk with the owner regarding this. As she can check who had provided the service with bill reference number and call back us. . Don't know how to greet a customer and make them comfortable if they are visiting for first time.

Terrible experience- cuticles cut way too short and fingers got swollen and bled. Nails were also filed different lengths and uneven. No compensation given. Very disappointed. Wouldn’t go back.

This is the first nail salon I've been to since I came to Australia this month. My english is not the best and they were very friendly with me. I asked for a manicure with normal nail polish (I can't have the other ones because of my work) and the lady did it very carefully!They have lots of colours and the tools they use looked clean and professional. I'll go again soon!

It’s very nice place to go. I enjoyed my time there. The boss is so nice, I went there late and they almost closed, however she still did my nails perfectly and patiently. Definitely will go back!

This place is excellent. I have been going here for years and they never disappoint. A few times here and there when I couldn't get into Nail Paradise I have gone elsewhere and it was terrible. These lady's know what they're doing! Best in Bayside :)

Came 11:25 (5mins before my scheduled appointment) and only started my nails at 12pm. I wasn’t acknowledged at all, just sat at the pedicure chair without service. Was contemplating on leaving because I had things to do. The service is really slow and despite me booking 5 days in advance they still didn’t have many workers working. Overall quite satisfied with my nails but don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.
