Highly recommend Lisa for massage, very professional and skilled. Ive had a lot of remedial massage but Lisa is by far the best I've had for relieving and correcting without feeling like your being beaten to death, I'm not a big fan of hard massage yet understand it is required sometimes, Lisa's touch is firm and works yet also relaxing, I can also recommend dry needling here as well.
