The service was great! The only reason it’s a 4 star is because I really like when nail techs will chat with me for the duration of the appointment, and she was very quiet. But otherwise their skills are fantastic!

Enjoyable to do nails on the weekend when it's quiet. Nails look nice but needed to get a bit of clean up at the end but end service was good. SNS with tip for $50.00, eyebrow wax for $15 and took an hour to do SNS and waxing.

I have been having my nails done back in the UK for 2 years, acrylics and gel nails with no problems. After only just moving to Melbourne, I decided to try out Nail Safari only to be met with disappointment. The lady I had was very rough with the application and even cut me with the electric drill file making two of my nails beds bleed. After only 3 days after application, the nail varnish on the acrylic started to rub off (hinting it wasn't applied correctly) and one nail even came off.After leaving them for a week, I decided to go into the salon and complain, only to be met with conflict and pushing the blame back onto me. Eventually they agreed to fix the nail with no charge. I kept saying that the natural nail underneath was damaged because of the application, but was met with no reply or apology. I will not be returning.

Love having my nails done here. The ladies are friendly and walk-ins are welcome. Other services such as pedicures available. All services are fast and completed to a high quality. Well worth trying this shop.

Best kept secret in Melbourne. The ladies are quick and the quality is first class!

Went there last minute before going out. I understand that I went without an appoint so I noticed that the lady was in a little bit of rush. She did SNS as I asked for long lasting, but the final result wasn’t good. she filed my nails unevenly, managed to paint my skin and left my cuticles dry and horrendous. Also the SNS was extremely thick. I pointed it and she tried to clean around but she left me like that. I still have SNS under my nails (see picture).I don’t recommend going here. There are better salon’s, cheaper and better quality.

Usually so good. This time my pedicure was fantastic however shellac manicure which was completed in 15min or under, was rushed by another lady who filed my nails unevenly, managed to paint my skin and left my cuticles looking horrendous. They did fix them once I pointed it out but didn't seem to be apologetic about the lazy job. Not one to complain, but I am just disappointed at the lack of care especially when it is one of the more expensive manicures on Bay St.

I loved this place and the lady who did my nails , she is professional.Clean, quite place
