Millo's Cleaning

Poor cleaning. Pricey. Misleading practice. After conducting a site visit of our soon to be vacated house by the owner of Millo's Cleaning, we were verbally quoted 2-3 hours work @$45 per hr. We accepted and provided a specific brief of what work we wanted done.When we checked on the work they had skimmed over with the floor cleaning - clear areas were still dirty. When feedback was given, the owner claimed she had herself done the clean and could not understand why we were giving this feedback. With credit, another couple of cleaners were sent around to check and they agreed the work was poorly completed and a needed to be done again with a scrubbing brush in places that needed it. They completed the second clean as it should have been done in the first instance.We then receive the invoice for payment and see we have been charged $45 + 10% gst per hour (not $45 inc gst ) and this is illegal in Australian consumer law as well as misleading, so it is actually $49.50 per hour, plus we were charged for 3.5 hours, presumably the second clean was added on!
