Hiring Jade was the best decision we made regarding our wedding. Having her on board meant the whole process was fun, creative and most importantly stress free! With Jade a part of the team we really got to just enjoy the whole process while being relaxed and knowing she was on top of everything. She was so knowledgeable about weddings and different vendors. She really helped our dream wedding come to life. As a couple who knew what we liked but didn't how to put a concept/design together Jade was so good at guiding us through the whole process. Jade is an absolute angel! Our Wedding styling was second to none she did such an incredible job and really went above and beyond! We had a slight floral hiccup on the day and I palmed them off to Jade with full trust in her knowing that whatever was decided it would be absolutely epic .. and it was!I would go to say that Jade's services is in my top 2 must haves if your getting married!

Where do I begin with jade? What a absolute breath of fresh air.We booked jade almost instantly after inquiring and having a quick phone call to discuss our wedding. I had only two criteria’s for our day- I wanted it to be colourful and a big party. Jade was so open minded, had a million ideas and seemed genuinely so excited for our wedding. After putting both our ideas together - jade put together a mood board and woowweee did that make us soooo excited. Even on paper it looked good, so I couldn’t begin to imagine how good it would look once put together for our day. The day couldn’t come quick enough. We immediately felt like we could trust her and our instincts were spot on. From the very first minute, right up to the end out of day we LOVED having jade there with us.From the initial planning- to the last minute things (Melbourne weather). We could not have had the wedding we did without her. She is a perfectionist in the best way possible and it shows in her work.We unfortunately had to delay our wedding due to you know what. But jade was there every step of the way. As our wedding was postponed a year- jade had since moved interstate. But that did not stop her giving 110%. The day of our wedding was absolutely perfect. Our vision was better than I could have ever imagined. All the tiny details that I would have never had thought of just made the wedding unbelievable. It was defiantly colourful and the big party we had hoped for!As I was getting ready for the wedding- lots of our vendors had put up Instagram stories of the venue set up. To say I was excited to get down the aisle and see what jade had put together in real life was a understatement. I will never forget looking around the venue and being in absolute awe. I think I got down the aisle and said to joey “how bloody good does this all look”. We had soooo many compliments on the styling. Everything was absolutely perfect. From the flowers, mirror decals, floor plan to the candles- I couldn’t fault a thing.I would 152819161% recommend jade a thousand times over if your getting married. She genuinely is so invested in your big day and having her is a bloody blessing. She was my ride or die throughout!If your getting married - you NEED jade.

Working with Jade took a biggest weight off my shoulders! I only have one piece of wedding advice now, and that is always, always invest in a coordinator. If you think you can single-handedly DIY plan your wedding, believe me you’re wrong! You know it take a village of people to put together a wedding, BUT it takes an experienced, dedicated hand like Jade to pull it off successfully. I planned my wedding over 2 years during the Melbourne Covid lockdowns and really struggled finding vendors, sourcing decor and just basic communication with my venue. A couple months out, I handed over the reins to a disastrous DIY wedding and Jade somehow got all our ducks lined up right in time. On the day, you would never have guessed how much Jade was handling on her own behind the scenes from how calm and beamingly happy she looked. I can’t believe I ever thought I could pull it off without her, what an actual god-send! ❤️

Our amazing and lifesaving coordinator. We made the right choice hiring Jade due to our busy work lives and schedules. She was an absolute miracle worker that took all the stress and worries that we had about organising our big day and put our minds at ease. My main worry was about organising everything that had to be set up on the day, but she was there, running around, commanding and planning. In addition to her amazing organization skills, she is in incredibly sweet and professional woman who made it so easy for us to talk to on the phone whenever we could. We had a couple of meltdowns on the night that she took charge of and dealt with straight away. Honestly Jade, Jack and I can’t thank you enough for putting up with us both. You made our wedding come to life and we owe you the world. Thank you!!

Where do i start?Jade was a an angel sent from heaven to me.From start to finish Jade was incredible, she knew what i wanted better than i did, she has an eye for creativity and the end result was just beyond amazing!Jade we truly cannot thank you enough, our special day would not have been the same without you, i doubt it would have even gone ahead without you because with the countless reschedules we became very over it!In the end our day was just perfect and we have you to thank for this. It was an absolute treat working with Jade. She honestly made my vision come to life and I had my fairytale wedding reception. Jade was so patient with me throughout the entire journey. It’s never easy planning an interstate/destination wedding but Jade had it all under control. There were so many back and forth emails in regards to my floral arrangement for the day as I hadn’t made up my mind. Which I’m sure as the vendor can be frustrating but Jade was an absolute gem and was so kind and patient with me. When I walked into my reception hall I was in awe and couldn’t believe what she had created it was absolutely stunning.I couldn’t have chosen a better wedding stylist to work with! Having Jade as my wedding stylist was the no. 1 best decision I made during my wedding planning process.When other suppliers I was enquiring with were scared to style around the jacket Dhyan was wearing for the wedding, Jade not only embraced the challenge but was excited by it and executed it in a way that I could never have dreamed.Jade brought together hire furniture, stationary and floral suppliers who understood my vision and were excited for something different in the most gorgeous colour palette that tied in perfectly with Dhyan's jacket.I would recommend her a million times over and would love to have her style another event.
