Homecraft Sewing Centre
Being a guy who makes less conventional things, it's really great to walk into a place and not be humoured by staff who have no idea what i'm trying to do. I have mainly dealt with Frank and i can honestly say that i would not have progressed as far in my craft were it not for his guidance. It's always a pleasure to go in there and the prices are amazing. The best sewing place around by far.

Rather dissapointed with yesterday's visit. We were brushed off in 3 minutes of entering shop. Bought a $3000 machine a couple of months ago and was extremely impressed by Frank.Yesterday he was quite abrupt to my Mum after telling us the day I bought my machine that he could fix hers, we even told him what sort if machine it was. It was not a problem and to bring it in".Very disappointing experience after a great first visit."

Sewing machine sales AND SERVICING. preferences seem to be Janome, but other brands there too. Service to all makes and models. Shop well set out and try-before you buy on machines at the centre. Great experience, knowledgeable staff and happy outcomes.

Frank is a professional mechanic and an excellent helpful gentleman. After fixing the pedal of my Janome sewing machine in just 15 min he even carry it for me to the carpark. He is just wonderful.

Ok I'm not into sewing, in fact I am proud when I replace a button. But taking the wife to this centre was really interesting. To start off the person demonstrating was the male machine Trechnician. The lady there was the expert in using these machines plus she encouraged us to look further.I was stunned what this Tech showed us. I didn't know three Sewing machines did so much.Long storey short. This is a great business. They want you to understand and enjoy what they sell and I can see that it is a great way forward ; for my wife.

I have been going to Homecraft for many years, Frank and the staff there have a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have bought 2 sewing machines from them for myself and my late mother.I have recently purchased 3 Horn sewing units through them and the lengths they went to for me was amazing. Frank helped me out of a real fix with my lovely old Viking 5000 today. Such a kind & helpful man. If you are looking for excellent service & someone who is patient & will explain things to you this is the place to be. Really lovely people, I highly recommend Homecraft Sewing Centre.

I've bought two sewing machines from them. They are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. More importantly, Frank said to bring my dog in. Good old fashioned service.
