Great staff & service. Took my dog in late after he'd eaten a large amount of chocolate (as well as a few other things he shouldn't have) & was severely bloated. The staff here helped him as soon as we walked in & within 20min we were on our way home again with a much happier puppy. Can't recommend this clinic highly enough for your furry friends

Throughout the visit, the entire staff demonstrated professionalism, compassion and a genuine love for animals. The vet assistants were attentive in assisting Dr.Vanessa and they treated my pet gently ensuring his comfort minimising any stress or anxiety. Highly recommend this vet and their service.

My 18 year old fur baby was put to sleep here last night. Staff were kind, professional and compassionate. Thankyou for giving my sweet boy a peaceful ending

Caring staff, amazing service, very reasonably priced.I took my poor old girl to Casey Pet Emergency this evening as she was coughing so much that she couldn't catch her breath and the was becoming quite distressed. They put her on oxygen immediately, x-rayed to diagnose and kept me in the loop every step of the way. They looked after her when I ran across the road to fill a script and explained how to medicate and care for her over the next few days.Thank you so much to all of the staff here, hopefully I don't have to come back anytime soon, but if I need to I know my pup will be in good hands!

Had to put our darling 16 year old poodle to sleep last week. The staff were sympathetic and very understanding. Bianca is just beautiful and gave us all the time we needed to spend with him. They made him comfortable and cosy before he was gone. No shocking $$$ either. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Great team at Casey Pet Emergency. Everyone has a different experience. I know it can be stressful when your pet is sick but please be kind to the staff working there. This is a small emergency vet so please don't bring your whole 4 or 5 person family with you. Thankyou to Chris and the other vet nurse at the counter. My wife and I sadly had to say goodbye to our beautiful pet dog Harley on Christmas Day, 2022, after an unexpected/sudden decline in his health during a morning walk. Although this was such a difficult decision to make and heart-breaking to say the least (we were a mess!), you were so kind, compassionate and professional throughout the whole ordeal. We truly thank you so much for being there with us and for us. Despite being away from your own loved ones on Christmas Day, your smiles remained and generosity never wavered. The card you sent and kind words was so touching. We are so grateful and thank you sincerely.

Casey Pet Emergency has THE most wonderful service. The staff are so informative and empathic. I have had to bring both of my dogs to CPE on different occasions and in both cases I have left incredibly well informed and felt like the staff so genuinely care about the person and the animal. We all know how expensive emergency care can be and it's never a pleasure to come up with that kind of expense but seeing as this is the reality of having an animal as a part of the family, it's made not so stressful when you really are getting your money's worth with this kind of care.Highly, highly, highly recommend!Thank you Casey Pet Emergency, both Topaz and Oakleigh are home safe and loved thanks to you!
