The girls are so professional & lovely. Always so accomodating & do such a great job! Hannah is amazing & so so friendly. Couldn’t recommend silks Northbridge enough!!

Was attended by Nurse Melissa who was very welcoming upon arrival. Although I was quite nervous, she was very accommodating and attentive and made me feel at ease. Melissa was also very informative by explaining the procedure and answering my questions. Her service is exceptional. Would definitely recommend.

Nurse Melissa is beyond incredible! She’s such an experienced and gentle injector and gives the most natural and subtle results. She’s so caring and explains everything before and throughout the treatment, which puts you immediately at ease. Highly highly recommend Nurse Melissa!!

I can't speak highly enough of the ladies, Tara in particular is amazing and truly went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience possible. She even researched a specific treatment I had enquired about in her spare time (regarding possible options for laser scar removal). She is such a kind, bubbly and talented soul and I’m so thrilled with my laser hair removal results. Thank you Tara! X

I cannot speak highly enough of Silk Laser Northbridge. In particular, Tara has been absolutely amazing in her level of service and care with my laser treatments. She is meticulous, provides fantastic advice and makes me feel so welcomed and comfortable during my treatments. She is an asset to the business and I feel very lucky to have found her and this fantastic clinic.

I have been been visiting Laser Longe Northbridge for years now, and could not speak more highly about the quality, professional service I have received from Tara and the team. The staff are absolutely delightful and wonderful to deal with and they uphold the highest standards across their services. It is a beautiful clinic and it is always spotless and sparkling! I would not hesitate recommending Laser Lounge Northbridge to anyone wishing to seek laser hair removal, skin treatments or any other service.

I chose to go to Silk because I had read their reviews here. My experience was not like any of these reviews. I was running 5 minutes late to my appointment and was told she didn’t have time for me to run that late because my appointment was only for 5 minutes. I find it difficult to see how they can time slot for 5 minutes only, and keep up a level of hygiene- even for a very small area of laser being done.During our conversation, Hannah was rude and unforgiving of my very minor lateness. I was told I was a no show to one appointment and then this one too. I have no knowledge or evidence of the first “no show”.During Covid, customers have had to be fluid and generous to small businesses, however, this business doesn’t feel a need to reciprocate that.I won’t be going here again and sadly, won’t ever see the return on the package I paid for. I have emailed asking for a refund with no reply or acknowledgement of my email.

Look no further, book in with Louise, you will have such a great conversation, full of laughter, you won't even notice your laser treatment is done. Optimal customer service is given.
