Amazing Service ! I had my car fixed in a record time while the other repairer took two weeks and messed up my car . Caren and Mark were very professional from start to the end and the end result of my dealing with them was awesome ! Highly recomend !! Had my car in for a front bumper, grille, and sensor replacement. Turned out that the previous owner of the car had GLUED the sensors on so the undamaged sensors broke in the process of replacing the bumper. Forunately the team organised the sensors to be replaced without an extra cost. Extra requests I had with the paint was met and delivered with no issues. Special mention to Stuart for being super helpful and for excellent customer service.Will definitely bring my car again if required.

I have tried to use their service to support a business in my local area but when I called them and said that I want a hail damage repair and the insurance company was not in their list they refused to book me in although I have told them that I am willing to pay of my pocket and them claim it through my insurance directly. this was really a bad customer service. I have now took my car to another smash repairer in castle hill and I am doing the job with them instead!

Did a terrible job and broke inside the boot panel that use to keep tools without even telling us and promised to fix the trim and replaced the broken part but never did . Went back and called several times but they said this ownership changed and will fix. Called and went keep promising will call back after get part to replace. Never heard from them . Disappointing. Who has the time to chase up. Never again will I go back. Irresponsible!!!!

I was pretty worried about how my car would be after it was rear ended, however the work that Mark and the team did made the car look as new again (with all OEM Ford parts used).This place is well run by Karen and Mark. Communication throughout the whole process was great and I was given an update at every step of the way.I even had some repair work done unrelated to the insurance work, and they quoted a really reasonable price and did a great job on that too.Highly recommend. Luckily they are also part of NRMA's preferred repairer list.
