Amazing customer service. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Products are reasonably priced also.Stumbled on this place by accident on Saturday looking for cleaning supplies. We will travel all the way across town again to purchase more cleaning products. Thank you :D

Despite so many years of trading with this supplier and known by them, surprisingly some staff members are rude at retail section when I tried to ask a few question regarding some products. Phone service is also terrible, lady at the phone is like a bot, no patience to listen to you.

Called number on a Sat morning. Answering machine informed me that no one is available to take calls, however the showroom is open. GMaps hours say it is open. Got in car and drove to showroom. Sign on locked door announcing it is no longer open on Saturdays. Grrr..

Honest & reliable company. Regular staff have been there for years. Great communication and professionalism, will always have my support. Mandy is amazing.

Mcs is absolutely the worst retailer and offers shocking customer service. Ordered a pack of dust bags. Before that I checked with wholesaler there is plenty stock. Was told by Mcs It takes a week. Ok Went back two weeks later and waited half hour for a staff to investigate where about are the bags. No idea. Called me two weeks later say ready Tuesday. I went there on Thursday. The staff took my order in the first place came back from holiday let me wait half hour while he is trying to find out how messy is their purchasing system and did not prepare to offer any remedy. The waiting kept going for another three weeks. It is quicker to get a shipping container form overseas. Will not buy anything form them.

They had but one job.After a number of phone calls and repeatedly getting assurance that they had what I required, followed by an hour of driving, they had only half of what they said.Showroom guys seem ok, customer service is woeful.

Tried to place an order online and it didnt work. I then called and was told they would call me back with a price for frieght. Nothing. I called back again and was given a long story about their internal processes. At this point I decided to purchase elsewhere.

Outstanding service ALWAYS! I went here after I wasted all my money on an Bissel floor cleaner that is useless. These guys know literally everything about how and what to clean with. Bought a $59 mop set plus a no-rinse enzyme cleaning solution. Absolutely thrilled with result. Thanks to Alan P. who is super helpful and knowledgeable, I will never go anywhere else.

Double check their price in store and their website. you will find that the store actually mark up the price and the price will keep on changing every time you making a purchase with them in the store. called them, customer service will transfer you to the store and the store staff will blame the customer service and ask you to talk to them. Then customer service will simply ask you to write an email for a refund. yup... that is simple. JUST IMAGINE HOW MANY OF THEIR CUSTOMER THAT ARE NOT DOUBLE CHECKING THE PRICE OR HOW MUCH THEY WILL CHARGE THEM. YUP RANDOM PRICE MAKES MORE MONEY.
