Paid for the privilege of finding out they lie about suspension and once its in try to make you wear the cost of R&D to fix it. Blatent misleading advertising. Just another rude and money hungry business that wont accept they make mistakes.

Had my BT50’s suspension upgraded to handle additional weight of a Traymate camper. Substantial improvement in handling, ride, off-road performance. Great customer service and after sales support. Highly recommend SSA.

Wasted $1400 by being given the wrong advice. I was told heavy duty springs and shocks would fix my problem when I loaded up my XTrail, only to be told later, after I paid my money, of all the reasons why the heavy duty springs were not so heavy duty and why they could not do what I wanted or had expected on their advice. They would not refund but they gave me a discount price on an airbag, which was all I needed in the first instance, being a lot better and cheaper solution. I would not recommend this outfit.

Great place, great Guys, Great Price.Bought a full Suspension Kit for my Triton 12 months ago (exactly). The kit has been excellent on & off road and has not let me down during this time.. Cheaper than many others but the quality is there, and in my opinion they are just as good or better than some of the Big almost Gold priced" Kits.I will be back and that's a Fact Jack"

Exceptionally poor communication. Went to order suspension in April told it would be available in June, started following up in June and no-one knows anything about it. Have had to re-explain 3 times to different people only to still have no suspension and have to look elsewhere. Original quote $3,000-$4,000 and Daniel has just been happy to cancel the job rather than take ownership for the complete stuff up that has been SSA customer service, or lack thereof. Wouldn't recommend these guys because if you have no customer service skills pre-sales, how can you ever expect better than that when needed post sale/support.

Three weeks after installing my extra heavy duty leaf springs in my Amarok the whole rear squeaks hard, they told me it was the bushes which I also purchased from them, had my local mechanic remove them regreased them several times only to have the same problem, when I drive past the cemetery in the middle of the night I wake everyone up, don’t waste your money here!

Awesome customer service from these guys. The kit they sent out had the wrong shackles but they sorted it out quickly and a refund was sorted out quickly.Suspension kit is awesome aswell
