I get very very anxious at the dentist, so going in for a root canal had me shaking like a leaf! Dr John was fantastic, setting my mind at ease and stopping at times to ask if I am alright. Highly recommend asking for Dr John if you are going in!

Im always scared of dentists... hence my teeth are not in great condition.. got one bottom wisdom tooth growing horizontal and the other one is pretty close to nerve.. so scared of extracting them on the chair..heard a lot of awful stories of wisdom teeth extractions. Finally I did the extraction with Ned and his professional team yesterday morning, I didn't feel any pain during or after..friends told me I'll be painful after the anaesthetic wear off, but I'm still painless today.. didn't need to take any pain killer at all..it was such a great experience. Thanks a lot to Ned and his wonderful team! Highly recommended if anyone's got any concerns with their teeth, go check them out. Professional highly skilled friendly caring team!

When your 7 year old says after an extraction, “ I didn’t feel a thing, we should go back all the time”, you know you’re on to a good thing.The staff are friendly and kind and Dr sproll was amazing with both my children.Highly recommend for children. Dr. Andrew is absolutely fantastic! We found him by attending Saratoga Dental as an emergency when my 1 year old fell into a wooden toy chest and popped her front tooth out of it's socket. As a first time Mum I was horrified to say the least. Andrew was made me feel much better with his vast knowledge and passion for dental. He proceeded to text me throughout the holiday weekend checking on my daughter to ensure she wasn't at risk of an emergency surgery. Needless to say, my whole family continues to see Dr. Andrew now. We bounce back and forth from Saratoga to Empire Bay (even though we live in Lisarow to be able to see him).As for the dental group as a whole, they are lovely. Very clean and professional. Even something as simple as a teeth cleaning- I feel they do it better than any dentist I've been to in the past.Thank you Dr. Andrew & Team!

Beautiful practice, super efficient processes, thorough assessments and empathetic to sensitivities. I had my first visit, clean and check up yesterday with a few issues needing addressing (yep, serial dentist avoider here!) and met the team + Dr. Caitlin Deveridge. Felt very looked after, listened to and everything thoroughly checked + good plan put in place. Very happy I found them!
