Staff kept doing their chores, keeping the customers waiting saying a reluctant 'sorry' at the end of it. Expect the service to be lot better for a reputed food chain like Subway.

Found the staff to not be friendly at all. Virtually got the subways thrown at me because I asked for a bag.We ordered fairly early (about 9.30 in the morning) and it was not very fresh or nice at all. Lukewarm meatballs (had it toasted).

Shocking customer service. Couldn't work out how to do" a small scoop of avocado in a tub. Heads up: Kingston can work it out (it's $1.10 as on the menu
