Enquired on a vehicle nearly 3 months ago, was contacted by Shayne, and we advised if we wanted to go any further we would let him know.Since then we have received numerous calls and texts, some outside of hours, late on weekends and now on a public holiday, all again after being told more than once we would make contact if we wanted to talk further.Total harassment by a salesman that obviously can’t listen.

Was looking for a new car, Solitaire had stock for a fully specced T-Roc, was worried at first about the low rating comments about the service level at this showroom. Took a plunge and the service level and vehicle pricing was surprisingly great, Dylan and his team at the showroom was highly accomodating and friendly to deal with. Will definitely come back here for my next VW and would recommend this dealer for anyone looking at a VW.

I recently acquired a TRoc Rline. Such a car! It was worth the wait because it has more power than I'm used to and tonnes of new functions. Paul and Michael took excellent care of me and made the process of buying my new automobile simple and straightforward.
