I have had eyelash extensions before and vowed never to get them done again until I recently had booked in with Pure Aesthetics at Mentone salon and had Jade do my lashes! She is amazing so talented and extremely professional! She did such a great job with my lash extensions that I went back for a spray tan and again it was perfect! Yesterday I booked with her for a brow wax and tint and she nailed it! I have told all my family and friends about her and this salon! She was born to this job! I cannot thank you enough for your excellent talented service!

Friendly staff, however, very disappointed with the pricing. Booked in for a facial, was then charged an extra $39 for a mask during the facial and another $39 for an infusion. These were add ons and I was not informed that they would incur an extra charge. A $130 facial then ended up costing me $210. Very disappointing.

My sister got me a voucher for my birthday and I was excited to try a new beauticians. I booked the appointment over the phone and the lady said the facials were 60 minutes. The place is beautiful but I was disappointed with the therapist. We talked about my skin for 20 minutes then went into the room. I checked my phone for the time as I had to pick my daughter up from day care. Then the therapist left me in the room for 5-10 minutes to change. When she said she was done, I was shocked as it had been less than 20 minutes. I have had lots of facials and I have never paid $130 for less than 20 minutes. I expressed my disappointment to the therapist, she said it was only 30 minutes and when I said it was less than that and she argued with me, like I can’t tell the time. It was just a very disappointing experience for me.

Pure Aesthetics Beauty is such a fabulous place - I have been there since they opened and can not fault it. The team is always so friendly, warm and well educated on what they are doing and the treatments are 10/10 every time! Can’t stop and won’t stop being a client ❤️

From the moment I walked into the serene sanctuary of the spa, I knew I was in for a treat.The ambiance was simply breathtaking, with soft, soothing music playing in the background and the gentle aroma of essential oils wafting through the air. So far all good. My daughter had a facial and we liked the service. The practitioner was very friendly. We will see the results later on.
